PET Kassettenmotor-Ansteuerung

  • Ich habe ja von Analogtechnik und Transistorschaltungen ziemlich wenig Ahnung. Kann mir jemand erklären, warum der PET zur Ansteuerung des Kassettenmotors 3 Transistoren benötigt?

    Für die, die Schaltung nicht kennen: links geht das TTL-Signal rein, rechts gehts direkt an die Motoren.



    Und noch eine Frage: Wenn ich das Ausgangssignal mit einem Test-Dongle detektieren möchte, wie mache ich daraus am einfachsten wieder ein TTL-Signal?

  • meinst Du das Ausgangssignal am Motor oder den Input (ist schon TTL)


    Soll das dann auf z.B. LED angezeigt werden ... oder ...

    Ups, die Frage am Ende hatte ich überlesen ...


    Gemeint ist sicher das Ausgangssignal, das direkt zum Motor geht, das liegt ja am Datassettenport an.

    Das wäre die Stelle, an der ein Test-Dongle Sinn macht.


    Commodore hat das bei seinen Test-Sets so gelöst (2 verschieden Beispiele):


    CBM 8296-Diagnose-Set:

    1 -<R 47 Ohm>- 6

    3 -<R 51 Ohm>- 6

    4 --- 5


    CBM-II Diagnose-Set:

    1 -<R 120 Ohm>- 3

    3 --|<-- 6 (1N4148)

    4 --- 5


    Belegung:

    1=+5V

    2=GND (in beiden Fällen nicht verbunden)

    3= Motor

    4=Read

    5=Write

    6=Cassette Switch

  • Das muss ich mir mal aufmalen. Ist das ein Spannungsteiler?

    Gibt es irgnedwo eine Doku zu diesen Test-Sets?

    Wie sehen den die anderen Dongles aus?

  • So, jetzt noch mal anders herum gefragt. ;)


    Jetzt möche ich eine Datasette an einen Arduino anschließen um Tapes zu erstellen.

    Dafür muss ich natürlich auch den Motor ansteuern. Ich vermute, dass die Motorspannung ziemlich genau stimmen muss (6V?).

    Überlicherweise versorge ich meine Arduinos mit 5V oder mit 12V. Also würde ich gerne die 6V aus den 12V erzeugen und über einen Port schalten können.

    Mein Problem ist wieder die mangelnden Analogschaltungskenntnisse. :(


    Kann mir jemand einen Tipp geben, wie diese Schaltung aussehen könnte?

    Die Spannung für den Motor wird durch die Zenerdiode CR1(6,8V) begrenzt, das sollte also auch mit 12V funktionieren.

    Das ganze ist aber auch keine Raketenwissenschaft. Bei den CBMs ist da eine 7,5V Zenerdiode verbaut, demnach kommt sich das alles nicht so genau.

    Ich denke mal, daß die Drehzahlregelung im Motor integriert ist.

  • Ich hatte das mal im Schaltplan des Kassettenrekorders nachvollzogen und war der Meinung, dass die Motorspannung direkt auf den Motor geht.

    Aber da kann ich mich auch vertan haben. Auf der anderen Seite wäre es aber auch komischt, wenn die Spannung wirklich so genau stimmen müsste.


    Ich probiere das dann einfach mal aus.

  • In den Motoren ist noch eine Platine unter dem Metalldeckel versteckt. Da ist die Drehzahlregelung drauf.

    Oft hat dieser Deckel auch ein kleines Loch, darunter findet man dann ein Poti mit dem man die Drehzahl verstellen kann.

  • In den Motoren ist noch eine Platine unter dem Metalldeckel versteckt. Da ist die Drehzahlregelung drauf.

    Oft hat dieser Deckel auch ein kleines Loch, darunter findet man dann ein Poti mit dem man die Drehzahl verstellen kann.
