So, das Problem ist gelöst.
Durch Toast_r habe ich jetzt eine umfangreichere Zusammenstellung der Microcodepatches von FSC bekommen.
Weiterhin habe ich im Netz noch ein Prozessor Update Utility for Intel(R) P6 and NetBurst(TM) gefunden.
Anbei beides im Anhang.
Die auf meiner Biosupdatediskette fehlende Datei P6_0683.000 habe ich auf die Diskette kopiert (aus patches.zip) und
der Patch wurde erfolgreich installiert.
