Hi, I have got an 8296 w/o keyboard, in a good external condition but mainboard isn't so good.
I need to know what is the minimal configuration of chip to get boot screen... so i.e. can boot w/o 6520 and 6522?
I tested some chip and a lot is dead (CPU, Eprom and the PLAs)... Char ROM is good... so I changed all that I can with good chip (CPU, CRTC, PLA/eprom adapter, 2532 eprom etc...) but I don't have at moment any 6520 or 6522... so i don't know if this lack can stop the boot.
Any suggest are very very welcome
