  • Was ist denn "HPLC"?

    • Das Gerät stammt aus der US-Firma Beckman. Die stellen irgendwelche medizinische Geräte her.

      HPLC ist irgendeine spezielle Software, die auf dem ROM1 drauf war. Irgendwas um den Sauerstoffdruck im Krankenhaus zu steuern.

    • It stands for High Performance Liquid Chromatography. You can separate molecules by pumping them through a channel filled with absorbent, at the output you can detect peak intensities by measuring photon absorbance properties.

    • Stammt auch aus der gleichen Familie. Gleiche CPU, gleiches OS.

      NEC PC-8300 entspricht Tandy Model 102 (1987)
