Ich habe beim Aufräumen das abgebildete Keramik-IC mit goldenen Beinchen gefunden. Ist zwar ganz hübsch, verrät aber nichts über seine Herkunft. Hat jemand eine Idee?
Dieses PLI bzw. PL1 sagt mir gar nichts. 8447 halte ich für die Produktionswoche.

I searched but found nothing. By "100592 01 3" I got into some list of ICs where I found the reference "100592-01-3DP". I got to some sites where I was hinted about avionics and/or military use, but datasheet was by request so I got stuck. By page 6 of the search there was no entry not related to porn... why is Internet so dirty? :
:Then I quit.I am however, not sure that 8447 is a manufacture date. White ceramic package is more typical of the 70s. Just curious: why this has two pin-1 markings?

That was a point that made me doubt, too. But I am not familiar with the typical time (and/or application) for white ceramic packages.
And searching for 8447 / PLI 8447 / PL1 8447 does not bring better results ...

And searching for 8447 / PLI 8447 / PL1 8447 does not bring better results ...There are so many things it could be... from calculator ASICs to military or scientific material. Who knows...
But looking at the bright side, you have a cool-looking IC at which to stare sometimes.
