MS LAN Manager 3 und moderne Windowsversionen

    Ich hatte hier vor ungefähr 2 Jahren, als ich mir erstmals wieder einen reinen DOS-Rechner eingerichtet habe, den LAN Manager 3 installiert und konnte damit auf eine Freigabe meines Windows 7 Pro Arbeitsrechner zugreifen. Darüber konnte ich ganz prima meine Dateien austauschen und Backups von dem DOS-Rechner machen konnte.


    Jetzt habe ich die damalige Konfiguration wieder gestartet und es klappt nicht mehr. Der Arbeitsrechner hat inzwischen Windows 10 aber auch der Zugriff auf einen anderen Windows 7 Rechner funktioniert nicht mehr.


    Hat jemand sowas laufen? Mit Windows 7 oder Windows 10? Wie tauscht ihr sonst eure Files zwischen alten DOS-Rechneren und modernen PCs aus? Außer über Diskette.


    Ich habe zwar vor, mir einen Novell Server für die DOS-Rechner zu installieren. Aber auch darüber bekomme ich ja keine Netzverbindung zu meinem Arbeitsrechner.

    Bei Windows 10 ist SMB V1 abgeschaltet.


    Musst du als Feature reaktivieren. (Systemsteuerung. Programme und Features)


    Zusätztlich musst du noch in die Registry schauen:


    Code
    Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanServer\Parameters

    Dort der reg_dword Wert "SMB1"


    Der muss auf "1" stehen, wenn nicht anlegen bzw. ändern.


    Das ganze Ohne Garantie, dass Microsoft irgendwann SMB V1 komplett rausschmeißt. Denn SMB V1 ist unsicher. Im Heimnetz interessiert das allerdings nicht ganz so sehr, es sei denn man leidet an einer Sicherheits-Paranioa.

    Ok, ich habe das mal angehakt und den SMB1 Eintrag in der Registry angelegt (gab es nicht).

    Werde gleich nochmal testen.


    Wenn hier jemand in mein Heimnetzwerk eindringt, habe ich gaaanz andere Probleme. ;)


    EDIT: Leider klappt es noch nicht. Möglicherweise habe ich auf der Client-Seite (auf dem DOS-Rechner) noch irgendwas verstellt.


    Beim Versuch eine Freigabe auf dem Windows 10 Rechner zu mappen, kommt übrigens der Fehler 55 (Rechner nicht gefunden) und bei der Freigabe auf einem Windows 7 Rechner kommt Fehler 53 (Ressource nicht gefunden).

    Kann auch sein, dass die Fehlernummern andersrum waren.

    Geht bei mir zwischen Win98 und Win10 seit dem letzten großen Windows10 Patch nicht mehr richtig. Dateien werden kopiert aber der Forschritssbalken hängt bei 99% für mehrere Minuten.

    Nutze jetzt einen Ubuntu Server mit Samba als Retro-Datengrab. Da muß aber auch einiges an Zugriffsrechten auskommentiert werden. Habe ich hier im Forum mal wo eine config gepostet.

    Ich nutze für sowas einen Raspberry-Pi. Der hat aber lokal selbst nichts gespeichert, sondern der mountet das per SMBV2 von einem Windows-"Server" (Eine Win 10 Kiste), und shart das wieder per SMB V1, NFS, FTP.


    Außerdem habe ich noch vor, dem RaPi EtherDFS beizubringen, das ist auf Server-Seite ein Linux-Dienst, und auf MS-DOS-Seite sehr schlank und schnell, ohne viel Ressourcen zu verbrauchen: http://etherdfs.sourceforge.net/

    Klingt gut, aber dann muss ich wieder mit Linux rummachen. ;)


    Außerdem will ich die Verbindung unter den DOS-Rechnern ja mit einem Novell-Server machen.

    Ich brauche eben nur eine Verbindung zu einem aktuellen Windows-Rechner.

    Du weiß nicht zufällig noch, wo du das gepostet hast? Mit Windows wird das wohl irgendwie nix.
